Production Associate

About the role

Fresh Prep is looking for a Production Associate to join its fast‑growing meal‑kit operation. You will work on a temperature‑controlled production line, turning fresh ingredients into single‑portion packages that make up customers’ weekly meals.

Key responsibilities

• Work in a 6‑8 °C environment processing vegetables, cheeses, sauces and other ingredients.
• Clean, cut, portion, measure, weigh and package items according to timed standards.
• Operate food‑processing equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, food‑safe production area and follow all safety protocols.
• Assist with inventory handling and ensure accurate labeling of packaged portions.

Required profile

• Reliable and punctual team player who can work independently when needed.
• Comfortable standing for 8‑hour shifts and lifting objects up to 30 lb (13 kg).
• Willingness to work in a cold environment and follow detailed instructions.
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food‑preparation setting is preferred.
