Product Management Specialist – Network Products

About the role

Mastercard’s Network Products team is seeking a Specialist in Product Management to support the development, performance analysis, and operational execution of network‑based payment products across North America. You will work closely with product managers, engineering, and cross‑functional partners to ensure the delivery and optimisation of resilient, high‑performance payment capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and enhancement of network products covering switching, authorization, clearing and related services.
• Analyse product and network performance metrics to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in product lifecycle activities such as requirements documentation, testing, pilot support and implementation.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and regional teams to track deliverables, resolve issues and ensure timely execution.
• Prepare product performance updates, dashboards and insights for leadership reviews.
• Assist with onboarding and rollout of new product capabilities for issuers, acquirers and partners.
• Conduct impact analysis across network services to inform product strategy and optimisation decisions.
• Maintain product documentation, process artifacts and knowledge repositories.
• Support go‑to‑market enablement activities, including material preparation and stakeholder coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with product lifecycle management in a technology or payments environment.
• Ability to analyse transaction flows, approval rates and processing trends.
• Proficiency in creating dashboards and performance reports for senior stakeholders.
