Product Innovation & Strategy Manager – Foundry

About the role

Mastercard Foundry is the innovation engine of Mastercard, driving new product development across emerging technologies and payment solutions. As the Product Innovation & Strategy Manager, you will lead the execution of new product initiatives, turning ideas into market‑ready solutions that generate revenue and strategic differentiation.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and facilitate ideas for data‑focused products and solutions, including workshop facilitation and collateral creation.
• Develop product concepts and prototypes, owning key delivery tasks.
• Conduct customer discovery activities such as interviews, feedback sessions, and market testing to validate concepts.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Design teams to validate concepts and execute market tests.
• Develop business cases, planning, and financial models for individual products.
• Create high‑quality internal collateral to support decision‑making.
• Lead cross‑functional workshops and manage follow‑up actions to completion.
• Influence outcomes within a matrixed organization and tight timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and validating new products.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Background in artificial intelligence is a plus.
