About the role
We are seeking a dedicated child caregiver to provide full-time support for a family in their Thornhill home. The role involves caring for infants and children, maintaining a safe environment, and assisting with household tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Change diapers, sterilize bottles, prepare formula and nutritious meals.
- Bath, dress, feed, and supervise children, including organizing games and outings.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and ironing of clothing and linens.
- Travel with the family and support child supervision during trips.
- Maintain a safe, healthy home environment and follow parental discipline methods.
Required profile
- Excellent oral communication, patience, honesty, and reliability.
- Strong organization, time-management, initiative, and good judgment.
- Flexibility and ability to handle repetitive tasks and lift up to 9 kg.
Required skills
- Current CPR Certificate.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Red Cross Babysitting course completion.
