Principal Product Manager – Redis Cloud

About the role

Redis is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of Redis Cloud capabilities for enterprise, digital‑native, and AI‑native customers. You will work at the intersection of customer insight, product strategy, and technical delivery to shape a faster, simpler data platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own product strategy and end‑to‑end execution for Redis Cloud features serving multiple customer segments.
• Define detailed product requirements in partnership with engineering and key stakeholders.
• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, validate priorities, and translate insights into roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate with sales, solutions, marketing, enablement, and customer success to drive successful launches and adoption.
• Act as a product evangelist, communicating clear value stories internally and externally.

Required profile

• Proven product management experience on cloud platforms, data infrastructure, databases, developer platforms, or AI‑related products.
• Strong technical depth in storage, networking, modern software development processes and Agile practices.
• Understanding of cloud ecosystems across AWS, GCP, and Azure, including APIs, identity, observability, and partner integrations.
• Ability to turn ambiguous customer and market input into concrete requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
