Plumber – Downtown Facility Operations

About the role

The incumbent will install, modify, replace, repair and maintain a wide range of plumbing accessories for the Ferrier Building, supporting the Facilities Management and Ancillary Services team.

Key responsibilities

• Install, modify and repair sanitary, heating and cooling systems.
• Maintain compressed‑air, high‑pressure steam, natural‑gas and drainage networks.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot system issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and licensing requirements.

Required profile

• Valid "Certificat en plomberie" from Emploi‑Québec or "Certificat de Compétence Compagnon (Plombier)".
• Steam fitting license (required).
• Gas license (required).
• ASP Safety card (required).
• Functional spoken and written English and French.
