Pharmacist – Pharmacy Operations & Customer Care

About the role

We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist to manage daily pharmacy operations, provide expert medication counseling, and ensure high‑quality service for customers and health‑care partners in a busy retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy workflow, including dispensing prescriptions, counseling customers on OTC and behind‑the‑counter products, and delivering professional services within the expanded scope.
• Maintain compliance with federal/provincial regulations, privacy standards, and Controlled Drugs and Substances Act reporting requirements.
• Manage inventory: monitor stock levels, review expired items, control access to the dispensary, and coordinate medication orders with wholesalers.
• Communicate with health‑care professionals to support patient care and maintain accurate records in accordance with legislation.
• Ensure the pharmacy environment reflects a professional image, handle financial reporting as needed, and file incident reports for medication or privacy events.
