Senior Electrical Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Developer to design and develop electronics for cutting‑edge medical devices. You will create mixed‑signal circuitry, own system specifications, and ensure robust, well‑documented designs that meet stringent quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design mixed analog and digital circuitry using Altium Designer, including topology selection and analysis.
• Define and maintain electrical system specifications, interface definitions, and design documentation.
• Develop and execute electrical verification test cases and protocols.
• Debug complex system‑level issues across analog, digital, power, firmware, signal‑integrity, and communication domains.
• Perform SPICE simulations, worst‑case, tolerance, timing, and power analyses.
• Guide PCB layout, reviewing schematics and layouts for signal integrity, EMC, grounding, thermal, and manufacturability.
• Select components, manage bills of materials, and evaluate part reliability and lifecycle.
• Bring up and troubleshoot prototypes with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and multimeters.
• Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, systems, and software engineers for system integration.
• Contribute to design reviews, dFMEA, design‑for‑test, and design‑for‑manufacture activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics.
• Proven experience in mixed‑signal circuit design for medical‑device or similar regulated products.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced R&D environment.
