About the role

Join Brant Community Healthcare System as a Pharmacist and contribute to high‑quality medication management across our two‑site community hospital network in Brantford and Paris, Ontario. You will work within an interdisciplinary team dedicated to patient‑first care and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, dispense, and verify prescription medications for inpatient and outpatient services.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure safe and effective medication therapy.
• Maintain accurate medication records and support pharmacy inventory management.
• Provide patient education on medication use, side effects, and adherence.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and medication safety programs.

Required profile

• Current registration as a pharmacist in Ontario.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy practice standards and medication safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
