About the role
As a Personal Shopper at Wholesale Club in Brampton, you will fulfill e‑commerce orders for our customers, ensuring each purchase is accurate, timely and personalized. This full‑time afternoon position is part of a team that values authenticity, trust and community connections.
Key responsibilities
- Provide great customer service by answering general questions and maintaining a positive environment.
- Shop for customers by accurately filling their orders with quality products.
- Scan products and process transactions using debit, credit, cash and gift cards.
- Contact customers to confirm order accuracy or discuss product substitutions.
Required profile
- A team player with strong attention to detail.
- Driven and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Resourceful and courteous when resolving customer questions.
- Motivated to learn new things.
- Flexible to work varied hours, including days, evenings, nights and weekends.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lb and remain mobile throughout the shift.
