Performance Creative Strategist

About the role

StickerYou is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to bridge creative execution with measurable business outcomes. Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you will own the full‑funnel creative strategy, ensuring paid‑social campaigns drive both direct‑response results and upper‑funnel engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and brief creative assets for each funnel stage, from CPA‑focused ads to awareness and consideration content.
• Audit and analyze paid‑social and programmatic campaigns daily, tracking hook rate, CTR, ROAS, CPA and assisted conversions.
• Translate performance data into actionable creative briefs for copywriters, designers, video editors and other creators.
• Monitor cultural trends, platform‑specific movements and competitor activity to surface new hooks and formats.
• Design and run continuous creative testing matrices across hooks, pacing, formats and CTAs.
• Serve as the strategic liaison between media buyers and the creative team, aligning production with revenue targets and brand‑building goals.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in digital, performance or growth marketing, preferably within an agency or e‑commerce environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use GA4 and multi‑touch attribution to demonstrate upper‑funnel impact.
• Proven track record of building data‑driven creative strategies that improve ROAS and CPA.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across media, creative and product teams.
