Partner Marketing Specialist

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Partner Marketing Specialist to leverage partnerships that boost brand visibility, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. The role focuses on creating automated activations, communications, and campaigns that support a sustainable economy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute scalable marketing strategies to increase partner activations with minimal touch, while gaining market insights and setting campaign objectives.
• Manage communications, social media, and digital assets for partners using approved templates and encourage partners to create their own materials.
• Collaborate with third‑party agencies to ensure high‑quality campaign execution, share knowledge, and build a best‑practice library.
• Lead client meetings, maintain open communication, and foster strong partnership relationships to ensure successful campaign outcomes.
• Supervise the budget for partner marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation, ROI, and compliance with finance guidelines.
• Track and measure campaign performance against KPIs such as partner activation, engagement metrics, and deal registration, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Required profile

• Cross‑cultural awareness and ability to work across levels in a matrix organization.
• Skill in aligning external partner relationships, stakeholders, and resources toward shared goals.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and creative resources.
• Strategic mindset with quick decision‑making in ambiguous situations.
• Experience planning and measuring ROI for digital campaigns and in‑person events, preferably across North and Latin America.
• Experience working with vendors, marketing agencies, media suppliers, or business development teams.
• Demonstrated project‑leadership and communication capabilities.
