About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Part‑Time Supervisor to join the team at the Toronto Eaton Centre. You will work closely with store management to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing guidance and feedback.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual standards, and safety compliance.
• Maintain a welcoming environment that reflects Levi’s brand values.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, moving merchandise, and using ladders.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer and teammate empathy.
• Ability to follow company policies and store directives.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible retail hours.
• Must be 18 years or older.
