Part‑time Retail Supervisor – Hamilton, ON

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Retail Supervisor to support store operations at the Limeridge Mall in Hamilton. The role involves leading the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales while upholding Levi’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed daily store sales and performance goals.
• Model sales performance and coach retail associates.
• Ensure all team members are fully trained on product knowledge.
• Reconcile daily cash receipts and make bank deposits.
• Open and close the store and manage inventory.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service and retail experience.
• At least 1 year of experience directing the work of others.
• Proven ability to supervise, coach and train sales associates.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and a passion for the brand.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to last‑minute changes.
• Willingness to work flexible evenings and weekend shifts.
