About the role

Working as a Dairy/Frozen Associate at Walmart Canada is a great opportunity to build valuable skills in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will deliver excellent customer service by living Walmart’s values, keeping the Dairy/Frozen department clean, organized, and well‑zoned, and supporting stocking and sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain department organization and standards to keep the area customer‑ready at all times.
• Rotate merchandise regularly and check for expired products to ensure freshness and quality.
• Accurately sign, price, and label merchandise while following ordering, clearance, markup, and markdown procedures.
• Adhere to cold‑chain and food‑safety standards, including temperature checks, thermometer calibration, and proper sanitation.
• Maintain department features to support merchandising standards and promotional execution.
• Keep the work area neat, clean, and hazard‑free by removing debris, spills, and following health‑and‑safety guidelines.
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.

Required profile

• Ability to manage high task volume in a fast‑paced environment while staying focused and energized.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift inventory or supplies up to 20 lb (occasionally up to 50 lb).
