Part‑Time Keyholder – Retail Store

About the role

Join the Levi's® Edmonton Premium Outlet Collection as a Part‑Time Keyholder. You will support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional shopping experience while overseeing daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store, ensuring security and compliance with policies.
• Assist customers with product knowledge, styling advice, and checkout transactions.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor stocked.
• Coach and train team members on sales techniques and customer service.
• Support inventory management, including receiving and organizing merchandise.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent movement, kneeling, and ladder work.
• Positive, customer‑focused attitude and willingness to work flexible retail hours.
• Commitment to meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals.

Required skills

• Basic cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
