Part‑Time Data Architect – Azure, Fabric & Databricks

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Data Architect to design and lead the build‑out of scalable, AI‑ready data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and AWS with Databricks. The role bridges business objectives with data platform architecture, ensuring secure, high‑performance environments that support analytics and AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Architect Microsoft Fabric environments, designing end‑to‑end data architectures that cover ingestion, transformation, storage, and analytics layers.
• Define data flow pipelines from raw (bronze) ingestion through refined (silver) processing to curated (gold) analytics‑ready models.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to create data environments that enable automation, analytics, and AI‑driven insights.
• Ensure platforms are secure, performant, and optimized for analytics and AI use cases.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing scalable data platforms on Azure, Microsoft Fabric, AWS, or Databricks.
• Strong understanding of data lake concepts (bronze, silver, gold) and data transformation pipelines.
• Ability to translate business goals into technical architecture and data solutions.
