Part‑Time Business Plan Specialist – Immigration / PNP

About the role

Pommigrant Visa Inc., a Toronto‑based immigration services firm, is seeking a part‑time Business Plan Specialist to create and refine business plans for PNP entrepreneur, investor and other business immigration applications. The role is remote or hybrid and starts as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Write, update and improve professional business plans tailored to immigration programs.
• Conduct market, industry, competitor and location‑specific research.
• Find, verify and reference credible industry data, using both AI tools and traditional sources.
• Prepare business descriptions, industry analyses, marketing plans, operational plans and implementation timelines.
• Develop startup budgets, revenue assumptions, financial projections and basic feasibility analyses.
• Translate client information into clear, structured documents and ensure alignment with program requirements.
• Maintain accuracy, originality, professional formatting and confidentiality.
• Support improvement of templates, research processes and internal documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience writing business plans.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial assumptions, market data and business feasibility.
• Ability to verify data from credible sources and avoid unsupported claims.
• Excellent English writing, research and analytical skills.
• MBA, business, economics, finance, management or related education preferred.
• Experience with immigration, consulting, startup advisory or PNP applications is an asset.

What we offer

• Hourly rate CAD $35–$50, based on experience and writing quality.
• Part‑time contract (10–20 hours per week) with potential extension.
