Director, Product Development – Crypto Solutions

About the role

Mastercard’s Crypto Solutions team is looking for a senior leader to drive product innovation, strategy and execution for emerging crypto‑related offerings. The Director will shape the portfolio of stablecoin security, compliance and risk‑management solutions that help financial institutions safely participate in the digital‑asset ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead incubation and commercialization of next‑generation crypto solutions focused on stablecoin security, compliance and risk management.
• Identify market opportunities and translate customer needs into differentiated product capabilities.
• Define product strategy and roadmap in partnership with engineering, data science, compliance, legal and external ecosystem partners.
• Drive cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, intelligent risk‑management solutions for financial institutions.
• Represent Mastercard’s crypto solutions portfolio with customers, regulators and industry partners.

Required profile

• Proven track record of building and scaling innovative products in payments, fintech, compliance, fraud, cybersecurity or digital assets.
• Strong customer‑first mindset and ability to thrive in fast‑moving environments.
• Excellent influencing and leadership skills to align cross‑functional teams.
• Deep understanding of financial crime, risk, and regulatory requirements in the digital‑asset ecosystem.
