About the role

Bailey Nelson is looking for a part‑time Sales Associate and Eyewear Stylist to join the Kitsilano store in Vancouver. You will be the front‑line expert helping customers find the perfect frames and ensuring a great eye‑care experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional in‑store experience by assisting customers with frame selection and eye‑care needs.
• Achieve monthly sales and bonus targets as part of the store team.

Required profile

• Previous customer‑facing experience with strong communication skills.
• Ability to recognize individual style and help customers find their unique look.
• Positive energy and ownership of the store’s impact on customers.
• Willingness to improve yourself and support teammates daily.
