Part-time Remote Customer Service Representative

About the role

LodgeLink is looking for a part‑time Customer Service Representative to join its Customer Experience Team. This is a remote, work‑from‑home position based in Canada with occasional travel to the Calgary head office for training and special events. The role is a one‑year contract, 25‑30 hours per week, with a starting wage of $17‑$19.35 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with reservations – booking, cancelling, changing, and account creation – via email, phone, and chat.
• Provide courteous, solution‑focused support using customer‑support tools and product knowledge.
• Communicate with both customers and suppliers to enhance the overall experience.
• Escalate issues, track patterns, and suggest improvements to the customer journey.
• Create and publish accurate, brand‑aligned property listings on LodgeLink.com.

Required profile

• Collaborative, dependable, and inventive with a strong customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment while maintaining composure.
• Experience in call‑center, hospitality, or travel industries is strongly preferred.
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts between 7:00 am – 11:00 pm, seven days a week.

Required skills

• Sabre reservation system (preferred).
