About the role
We are looking for a Part Consultant to support our service technicians by ensuring they have the correct parts for repairs, processing incoming orders, and keeping the parts area clean and organized.
Key responsibilities
- Assist technicians in obtaining the proper parts for vehicle repairs.
- Handle incoming parts orders and process them efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts department.
Required profile
- Customer service experience with a positive approach to delivering outstanding service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organization and prioritization abilities.
- Computer literacy.
