Packer Operator

About the role

The Packer Operator joins the Surrey production team to run packaging equipment on the can, keg, and variety‑pack lines. This hands‑on position focuses on safety, product quality, and efficient production in a fast‑paced beverage environment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the production schedule to meet order deadlines while using the correct materials.
• Operate, monitor, and adjust equipment on the can, keg, and variety‑pack lines.
• Perform changeovers, start‑up, shut‑down, and minor equipment adjustments.
• Conduct regular quality‑control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Execute CIP procedures, equipment cleaning, and area sanitation as required.
• Assist in troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis to resolve production issues.
• Support general cleanup and sanitation duties.
• Collaborate with supervisors, team members, and other departments to achieve production goals.

Required profile

• Prior experience in brewery, beverage, food manufacturing, or packaging is an asset.
• Willingness to learn new processes and grow within the role.
• Strong time‑management and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work all shifts, including overtime.
• Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset.
