Oracle HCM Lead – Learning Management

About the role

Accenture is looking for a results‑driven Oracle HCM professional to lead and support Oracle Learning Cloud implementations. You will combine functional consulting expertise with strong client‑engagement skills to enhance employee learning experiences across multiple client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Oracle Learning Cloud deployments for large, complex clients.
• Provide functional consulting on Oracle HCM Learning Management modules.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate learning requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive delivery excellence and ensure project milestones are met.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Oracle HCM professional with a focus on Learning Management.
• Strong functional consulting background and ability to engage with clients.
• Demonstrated delivery leadership on Oracle Cloud projects.
• Passion for improving employee learning and development.
