Operations Lead

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Lead to serve as the administrative backbone of our daily operations, ensuring systems, logistics, and back‑of‑house processes are polished and professional. You will manage logistics, vendors, inventory and scaling systems while keeping the client experience paramount.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the weekly ops agenda, update the scorecard and hold the team accountable to action items.
• Own internal systems, support CRM transitions, liaise with IT development partners and QA tech setups for new locations.
• Manage supply chain and logistics, overseeing the flow of goods and high‑level vendor relationships.
• Support marketing and events by analyzing campaign data and leading end‑to‑end execution of brand events.
• Act as the Director of Operations’ right‑hand, drafting executive communications and handling critical scaling projects.
• Maintain comprehensive databases, organize digital files and write SOPs to ensure operational integrity.
• Ensure accurate data capture and reporting for monthly and quarterly meetings, continuously improving data collection processes.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of experience in an Operations Coordinator, Lead, Senior EA role or running a small business.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Experience using Slack for team communication.
• Knowledge of VOIP systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
• Strong command of G Suite applications.
• Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills.
