North America Graphic Designer – Proposal & Business Development

About the role

The North America Graphic Designer will create compelling visual content for high‑stakes proposals, client solicitations, and business development initiatives. This role blends graphic design fundamentals with a strong sense of storytelling to help win new opportunities across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Design effective documents and presentations that align with proposal psychology and evaluation criteria.
• Produce infographics, charts, maps, and diagrams that simplify complex information.
• Develop custom, animated presentations and tailored templates for client pursuits.
• Perform photo editing, head‑shot retouching, and project photography enhancement.
• Create custom packaging, covers, and tabs in coordination with vendors.
• Process comments and edits, collaborating with subject experts to finalize graphics.
• Ensure graphics meet vendor specifications for exhibits, boards, or promotional items.
• Oversee document finalization for production, packaging, or shipping and mentor junior designers.
• Participate in pursuit team planning, storyboarding, and review sessions.
• Provide technical support for presentations, video conferences, and final document reviews.

Required profile

• Strong collaboration skills with proposal managers, capture managers, and technical staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to handle high‑pressure situations diplomatically.
• Proactive workload management, capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, customer‑service mindset, and flexibility in fast‑paced environments.
