Nail Salon Supervisor

About the role

The Nail Salon Supervisor will lead daily operations at our busy North Vancouver location, ensuring high‑quality nail services and a welcoming environment for clients. This role combines hands‑on technical work with staff management and customer service responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule work shifts, events, programs and coordinate with other departments.
• Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items and arrange maintenance or repairs.
• Supervise, train and evaluate staff performance, ensuring safety procedures and company policies are followed.
• Provide manicures, pedicures and apply gel and acrylic nail extensions.
• Handle client special‑needs requests and act as the point of contact for emergency situations.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a nail salon or similar personal‑service environment.
• Strong client focus, excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, reliable, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
