About the role
The Nail Salon Manager will lead daily operations at Destiny Nail Bar, ensuring a high‑quality experience for clients. This role combines operational oversight with team leadership in a fast‑paced beauty environment.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and control daily salon operations.
- Evaluate performance and implement improvements.
- Plan, organize and schedule staff activities.
- Establish policies and procedures for the team.
- Plan and control budget and inventory.
- Manage advertising and marketing contracts.
- Hire, train and supervise salon staff.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years experience as a pedicurist or manicurist.
- Willingness to relocate.
- Availability for morning, night, day and weekend shifts.
