About the role
Sun Nails Spa is seeking a Nail Salon Manager to oversee daily operations at its Nepean location. The role involves managing staff, budgets, inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and control daily salon operations.
- Evaluate daily operations and performance.
- Plan and organize daily activities.
- Establish and implement staff policies and procedures.
- Plan and control budget and inventory.
- Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies.
- Hire, train, and supervise salon staff.
- Address customer complaints and concerns.
Required profile
- College or CEGEP education.
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant management experience.
