Part-Time Coffee Specialist at Nespresso Boutique

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Coffee Specialist to join our Nespresso boutique in Nepean. The role serves as an ambassador of the Nespresso brand, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales and promoting our sustainability mission.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in daily briefings to understand objectives and meet deliverables.
• Engage in coaching sessions, upsell products and reinforce brand messaging.
• Provide the best customer experience by leveraging product knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Create positive brand experiences for all stakeholders.
• Educate customers on Nespresso’s sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Passion for coffee, sustainability and a desire to expand knowledge of Nespresso coffees.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a fast‑paced retail or sales environment with high customer volume.
• Proven excellence in sales and customer service.
• Strong time‑management and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 23 kg repeatedly.
