Microbiologist – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced microbiologist to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that answer complex biology questions. You will work remotely, set your own schedule, and contribute to improving the accuracy and performance of AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with challenging microbiology, genetics, and related biology queries.
• Assess the quality, correctness, and logical consistency of the AI-generated responses.
• Document evaluation results and suggest improvements to model developers.
• Collaborate with the AI team to refine training data and testing protocols.

Required profile

• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Strong background in microbiology, cell biology, genetics, physiology, molecular biology, biotechnology, or environmental science.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to critically evaluate scientific information.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s or PhD is preferred but not mandatory.
