About the role
The Media Planning Coordinator will support the creation and execution of digital media plans for life‑science brands, helping them reach healthcare audiences across search, display, video, email and mobile channels. This entry‑level position is ideal for a detail‑oriented individual eager to learn media planning in a regulated, data‑driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Compile research, audience insights and channel recommendations to inform media plans.
- Prepare and maintain planning documents, budgets and media flowcharts using Excel or internal planning tools.
- Coordinate with Media Operations to assist with campaign setup, trafficking and pacing on buying platforms.
- Pull data and help produce performance summaries in partnership with Analytics.
- Collaborate with Planning Specialists and Managers to ensure plans meet client objectives, timelines and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Foundational knowledge of digital media planning gained through coursework, internships or 0–1 years of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail demonstrated through academic or work projects involving financial tracking or reporting.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders on shared deliverables.
- Ability to document work clearly and follow established processes in regulated environments.
Required skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
