Material Coordinator

About the role

The Material Coordinator ensures the smooth flow of materials and supplies for operations in Fort McMurray. You will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners to keep inventory accurate and deliveries on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and shipments with vendors and transport providers.
• Maintain accurate records of material movements and documentation.
• Support early‑morning, evening, weekend, and overtime shifts as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• College, CEGEP or equivalent non‑university certificate/diploma (1‑2 years) or comparable experience.
• 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime.
• Meets language requirements (English).
• Possesses any certifications listed in the job posting.
