Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support cross‑functional and agency partners on national initiatives. Working closely with the National Marketing Manager and Senior National Marketing Manager, you will help execute the annual marketing plan and ensure seamless communication with our franchise system.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce various marketing requests and reports, including presentations for WCAP, DMA meetings and Trustee updates.
• Create marketing communications such as monthly field updates, POS materials, restaurant schematics, test letters and special event assets.
• Maintain the national marketing fund by submitting estimates, invoices and expense projections to accounting.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to keep budgets on schedule.
• Support merchandising requests for nationally funded programs.
• Assist the Director and Head of Marketing with scheduling and expense tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of marketing experience.
• Strong organizational, communication and planning abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Competitive salary range of CAD 67,000 – 115,000 per year.
