Marketing Project Manager

About the role

Join a fast‑moving, remote‑first organization as a Marketing Project Manager based in Canada. You will act as the operational backbone of the marketing team, turning strategy into successful multi‑channel campaigns and initiatives. The role offers exposure to large‑scale digital marketing projects within an innovative, performance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, partnerships, events, and brand initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, roadmaps, and task tracking across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Community Management, Social Media, Creative, PPC, SEO, CRM, VIP Marketing, Promotions, Acquisition, and Retention.
• Facilitate stand‑ups, project meetings, and status updates to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or blockers, and implement proactive solutions.
• Support marketing leadership by managing priorities, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, and maintaining documentation, budgets, and milestones.
• Utilize project management tools like Jira and Notion to track work and capacity.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and post‑project reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing project management, operations, or coordination.
• Experience in iGaming, esports, gaming, or a fast‑paced digital industry is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven ability to facilitate meetings, track action items, and drive accountability.
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels such as content, social, influencer, CRM, partnerships, and paid media.
