Marketing Associate (8‑12 month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Associate to join the PH&N Institutional Marketing Team on an 8‑12 month contract. You will support the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that help drive the business objectives of Canada’s leading institutional asset manager.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and delivering integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Create and distribute marketing collateral such as thought‑leadership pieces, advertisements, and presentations.
• Manage end‑to‑end processes for recurring distributions, including content creation, compliance checks, translation, and coordination with the digital messaging team.
• Maintain and update website content, including thought‑leadership articles, personnel changes, and data updates.
• Provide performance reporting across channels (website, social, events, sponsorships) to monitor project success.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to support a test‑and‑learn approach.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in marketing or the investment industry.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and project‑management abilities.
• Team player who can collaborate across functions to meet tight deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative and support the Canadian institutional marketing team.

Required skills

• Experience with content management systems such as dotCMS.
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud platforms.
