Manager - New Product Development

About the role

Mastercard Foundry is the innovation engine of Mastercard, driving product innovation in emerging technologies and new payment flows. The Manager, Product Development will lead the execution of new product initiatives across the Business & Market Insights and Open Finance groups, overseeing identification, execution, and in‑market delivery of new products and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in idea generation for new data and analytics‑focused products and solutions, including workshop facilitation and collateral development.
• Contribute to developing product concepts and prototypes, independently owning and delivering key tasks associated with them.
• Partner with Product & Engineering teams and Customer Experience & Design on concept validation, market testing, and delivery of associated tasks.
• Develop and own business case development and planning for individual products.
• Produce high‑quality collateral materials to facilitate internal decision‑making.
• Lead cross‑functional workshops and manage follow‑up activities.
