About the role

The Manager, Editorial & Content leads the creation and delivery of content that enhances discoverability, efficiency, and engagement for Banff & Lake Louise Tourism. This role oversees the integrated editorial calendar and ensures all multimedia assets align with strategic priorities and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the editorial calendar and content workflows across written, visual, audio, and emerging channels.
• Coordinate cross‑functional content initiatives to meet destination and organizational objectives.
• Ensure high‑quality, SEO‑optimized content that supports tourism promotion and brand consistency.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements for reuse and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in editorial or content management, preferably within tourism or destination marketing.
• Strong understanding of multimedia content production and brand alignment.
• Eligibility to work in Canada.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across departments.
