Manager, Digital Marketing & CRM Channels

About the role

McDonald's Canada is looking for a Manager, Digital Marketing & CRM Channels to lead the design and execution of personalized, data‑driven guest experiences across email, push, in‑app and web. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Strategy, you will shape the CRM journey, align communications with business priorities and drive app and loyalty growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise the strategy, planning and creative for all owned digital channels (email, push, in‑app, web).
• Define audience segments and targeting rules using CRM data and behavioural insights.
• Integrate CRM campaigns with the national marketing calendar and key business initiatives.
• Lead lifecycle marketing programmes to increase app adoption, frequency, spend and customer lifetime value.
• Oversee content and creative production to ensure consistent, value‑led brand experiences.

Required skills
