Manager, Business Systems & Innovation

About the role

Hall Constructors is seeking a dedicated professional to lead Business Systems and Innovation across the Hall Group. Reporting to the Vice President of Shared Services, you will bridge business users, operational teams, IT, vendors and senior leaders to deliver practical technology solutions that reduce manual effort and improve visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, implementation and improvement of core business systems across the organization.
• Translate business needs into system requirements, workflows, reporting enhancements and technology solutions.
• Coordinate data, reporting and analytics initiatives, ensuring data quality, consistency and alignment.
• Identify, test and adopt AI and digital tools that increase efficiency and automate manual processes.
• Manage system implementation projects from planning through rollout, training and stabilization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business system implementation and process standardisation.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams and act as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting data, reporting and analytics initiatives.
• Interest in AI, automation and continuous improvement within an operational environment.
