Maintenance Technician – Guest Services

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Technician to respond to guest repair requests and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. You will work on a full‑time basis in a hospitality environment, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of building systems.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to guest repair requests and communicate solutions promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen equipment, and mechanical room assets, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Visually inspect equipment, identify shut‑off valves, and manage utility shut‑offs.
• Maintain inventory, requisition parts, and document daily activities for shift hand‑over.
• Execute minor repairs: painting, drywall, wood trim, light‑bulb and A/C filter replacement, plumbing unclogs, electrical component swaps, TV programming, and landscaping upkeep.
• Apply Lockout/Tagout procedures before any maintenance work.
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies, reporting hazards or incidents.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electricity, ventilation, and minor repairs (experience is a plus).
• Ability to acquire knowledge in HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, pneumatic/electronic systems, carpentry, and energy‑conservation practices.
• Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Professional appearance, confidentiality, and a customer‑service mindset.
