About the role
We are looking for an energetic Shift Manager to lead our fast‑food team at Harvey’s in Québec. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring food quality, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Establish methods and work schedules to meet operational needs.
- Supervise and coordinate staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train employees on job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
- Hire food‑service staff and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Ensure food and service meet quality‑control standards.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly.
Required profile
- Client‑focused with strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Team player who demonstrates initiative, dependability and a proactive attitude.
