Machine Operator/Agent

About the role

Expeditors is seeking a Machine Operator/Agent to join its warehouse team. The role focuses on the timely and accurate receipt, handling, and dispatch of freight while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive inbound goods, verify quantity, quality and report any damages.
• Pick, check and load pallets for outbound shipments.
• Operate electric counter‑balance forklifts, electric order pickers, narrow‑aisle turret trucks and electric reach trucks.
• Create OSD reports and ensure accurate documentation.
• Perform double‑checks on freight, ULDs, references and AWB numbers.
• Conduct Dangerous Goods and Lithium battery checks when certified.
• Assemble and disassemble ULDs, adhere to security and compliance rules.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and meet KPI standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience operating warehouse equipment.
• Knowledge of global logistics processes and internal transport methods.
• Ability to follow safety, security and regulatory procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
