Lot Associate – Service Department

About the role

We are seeking a Lot Associate to support the Service department at The BMW Store. The role ensures vehicles are prepared for delivery, maintains a clean and organized lot, and delivers excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Start all vehicles, check batteries and recharge dead ones.
• Wash and detail vehicles after service tasks.
• Maintain inventory and showroom vehicles in a neat, spotless condition.
• Transport customers and assist with parts, personnel, and paperwork as needed.
• Keep the lot, delivery area, and work stations free of debris, especially during winter conditions.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to management promptly.

Required profile

• Valid British Columbia driver’s licence with a clean abstract.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other employees.
• Attention to detail and high quality‑control standards.
• Ability to work effectively against deadlines.
