Logistics Specialist – Supply Chain Operations

About the role

Labatt is looking for a Logistics Specialist to ensure inventory accuracy, support supply‑chain execution and drive continuous improvement across its Vancouver operations. The role will own order and inventory accuracy in SAP ERP and o9 systems, manage transportation requirements and partner with warehouse teams to resolve operational challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and minimize operational variances.
• Conduct weekly inventory analysis to identify gaps, trends and supply‑chain overhead risks.
• Own order and inventory data integrity in SAP ERP and o9 for BDL and 3PL warehouses.
• Develop and maintain operational reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Manage BCLDB transportation scheduling and ensure compliant deliveries.
• Oversee the BC VLC budget, monitor spend and identify cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Partner with warehouse teams to drive continuous improvement and resolve system or reporting issues.
• Support root‑cause analysis of recurring logistics issues and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, logistics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Initiative, personal ownership and collaborative attitude.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations.

Required skills

• SAP ERP (inventory management module).
• o9 planning system.
• Advanced Excel.
• SQL for data extraction.
• Data‑visualisation platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
