Logistics Coordinator

About the role

As a Logistics Coordinator at Safran Landing Systems in Mirabel, you will manage the flow of components and raw materials from receipt to shipment, ensuring reliable and safe stock handling for aerospace production.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor daily operations, tracking costs, quality, deadlines and HSE compliance.
• Maintain stock organization following 5S principles and storage rules.
• Ensure system inventories match physical stock through regular audits.
• Manage the aeronautical parts warehouse and support business continuity plans.
• Handle local and international shipping, process transport invoices and analyse budget variances.
• Resolve logistics disputes, non‑conformities and transport incidents, leading QRQC/RPO processes.
• Provide operational support for production order launches, subcontracting management and matrix coupon handling.

Required profile

• DEC in production management, industrial engineering or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in continuous improvement or logistics within an industrial environment.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of MRP2 principles.
• APICS fundamentals.
• Understanding of supply chain management concepts.
• Familiarity with 5S methodology and document management.
