Line Cook – Immediate Start in Canada

About the role

We are seeking motivated line cooks to join hospitality partners across Canada on an urgent basis. The role involves preparing, cooking, and plating menu items in a fast‑paced kitchen while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to standardized recipes.
• Handle bar food, snacks, appetizers, and casual dining items.
• Assist with daily kitchen preparation tasks and maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock management.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams during peak hours.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a line cook, cook, or kitchen associate in a professional kitchen.
• Good understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with multiple cuisines is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
