About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in acute care/ER settings.
• Utilise nursing processes, critical thinking, and decision-making to ensure safe care.
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals and support staff.
• Document care accurately in accordance with legislation, standards and policies.

Required profile

• Completion of a Licensed Practical Nurse program.
• Registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (or equivalent).
• Understanding and respect for Indigenous culture, history and health practices.
• Willingness to participate in orientation, training and mentorship.

Required skills

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from $33.16 to $43.42 (CAD).
