Learning and Talent Development Consultant (Contract)

About the role

The Learning and Talent Development Consultant will design, develop, implement and evaluate enterprise‑wide learning initiatives that align with business goals and enhance the employee experience. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning & Talent Development, the role is fully onsite and lasts 12 months.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders, stakeholders and subject‑matter experts to identify learning and performance needs.
• Design, develop, deliver and evaluate learning programs using adult‑learning principles.
• Facilitate instructor‑led and virtual sessions, including onboarding, leadership and career development.
• Administer courses, programs and learner assignments in Workday Learning.
• Generate and analyse learning data and reports with Workday, Excel and other tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of learning processes, systems and employee experiences.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education in Adult Education, Learning & Development, HR or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience designing, delivering and evaluating corporate learning programs.
• Proven ability to consult with leaders and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Customer‑focused, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
