Key responsibilities

• Promote and share transformational personal development programs with a global audience.
• Apply a proven three‑step marketing system to connect with aligned clients.
• Communicate the value of programs that support purpose, growth, and success.
• Build authentic relationships with team members and clients.
• Guide team members in aligning personal and professional goals.
• Manage an independent marketing budget.
• Facilitate orientations for new team members.
• Engage daily in personal mindset and growth practices.

• Experience in leadership, mentoring, coaching, education, social work, HR, marketing or related fields.
